1. Physical development: Basketball and performance training involve running, jumping, rotation, coordination, and overall movement skills. Engaging in these activities at a young age helps enhance gross motor skills, balance, agility, and speed.
2. Fundamental skill development: Starting basketball at an early age allows children to learn and practice basic skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. Building a solid foundation in these fundamental skills provides a strong base for future basketball development.
3. Discipline and work ethic: Participating in basketball and performance training requires dedication, regular practice, and some type of commitment as everyone level is different.
We plan on using the activities as the driving source of discipline, setting goals, focusing on improvement, and maintaining a positive work ethic
4. Confidence and self-esteem: As children improve their basketball skills and perform well in training sessions or games, their confidence and self-esteem levels tend to increase.They become more comfortable with themselves, develop a sense of accomplishment!
